§ 6

PRODUCT DELIVERY COSTS, TIME, AND METHODS

1. The delivery costs of the Product, which are covered by the Client, are determined during the Order placement process and depend on the chosen payment method and delivery method for the purchased Product.

2. The delivery time consists of both the Product preparation time and the shipping time:

2.1. The preparation time begins from the moment of:

a) The payment being credited to the Seller’s bank account under the Sales Agreement; or

b) A positive authorization of the transaction by the electronic payment system.

This preparation time is typically 1 business day.

2.2. Delivery of tangible goods by the carrier takes place within the time declared by the carrier, typically 1 business day from the moment the package is dispatched (deliveries are made only on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

3. Products purchased in the Store are shipped via parcel lockers or courier services.
